A distillation plant is only as good as its distiller. At Kothe Consulting, we put a strong emphasis on training you to distill properly. We don't only want you to know when to switch from heads to hearts and to tails (although that is a good first step!). We also want you to understand what is happening inside the distillation plant and how you can influence these cuts and what chemical aspects are behind them.
