Selecting a potstill is a difficult task. The distillery, however, is more than just the distilling equipment. We work with a number of suppliers to source everything you need for your operation. The components we offer through our Kothe Complete program are German, Italian and Slovenian made. While these items may come from different manufacturers, we make sure that they fit together to provide optimal wokability. We have put in place a number of small and large scale turnkey operations utilizing options from HDPE fermenters and gravity pumping to fully jacketed and glycol cooled stainless steel tanks with pump automation.
